1. Purpose

These terms govern relations between Sea Cucumber and its customers regarding sales made on the website.

2. Orders

All orders are firm and final after validation. A confirmation email will be sent.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping. Payment is made by the means offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Lead times are indicative. Shipping costs are calculated by destination.

5. Warranty

All our products come with a conformity guarantee. For food items, returns are only accepted in case of confirmed defect.

6. Disputes

In case of dispute, French law applies and only French courts are competent.
